Through a subsidiary EP New Energy, EPPE is active in development of new renewable projects, with significant pipeline of projects being currently under development.

Through its wholly owned trading subsidiaries EP Resources and EP Commodities the EPPE is also present on european commodities market.

EPPE’s assets portfolio also includes MIBRAG, which is the third largest German mining company, operating cogeneration plants and a wind farm. EPH declared intention to transfer this asset to separate legal entity that will concentrate to transformation of those assets.
